Deputy Minister Sebastian Muah

Deputy Minister for Economic Affairs and Policy, Minister Sebastian T. Muah brings over 14 years of professional experience in the private sector, education, non governmental and public sector to the current position.
A product of both the Liberian and US educational systems, Mr. Muah has provided consultative and technical leadership for many of the global 500 companies: HP,IBM, Sapient, Accenture, Deloitte & Touché, American Financial Group, Philip Morris (Altria), Bellsouth, Georgia Pacific, and UNAIDS.
He holds chartered technology certifications, earned an AA General Studies (Truett- McConnell), BS Computer Science& Mathematics and Masters in International Economics (Mercer University) and has taken a sabbatical from another Masters he is completing at Carnegie Mellon’s Heinz School of Public Policy in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania.
His professional membership includes several international businesses, technology and engineering organizations: Association of computing Machinery (ACM), Institute of Electronics and Electrical Engineers (IEEE), Projects Management Institute (PMI) and National Black MBA (NBMBA).
He has several academic and professional accolades including:
